Ill. Practices
a. Group times- TBD
b. While riding with WBF show teams we expect riders to be fully committed to riding
at Willowbrooke Farm only.
c. EA practices will start Monday, August 25th. No practice 9/2, Labor Day.
d. Hair should be pulled back into a pony tail or put up into your helmet for all
practices
IV. Expectations
a. Practices -Must attend 75% of all practices AND be taking regular weekly lessons
at Willowbrooke Farm.
b. Shows-You are expected to compete in 5 regular season show. If your rider
qualifies for semi-finals, Zones or Nationals we expect for them to compete there.
c. Set-Up- evening prior to home shows. Usually 5pm-7pm and includes pizza once
set is up is complete.
d. While riding on WBF show teams we expect riders to be fully committed to riding
at Willowbrooke Farm or Sunshine Farm only.
e.
After completion of home IEA shows, everyone is expected to stay to help clean
up, put all equipment away and reset the course. Please see Jennifer, Kelsey or
Nicole to be dismissed. There will be a sign up sheet on the office door to sign
both in/out on Set up Fridays and show days.
V. Payments
a. Cost of each practice is $40
b. Cost of
shows Home-$80/class *Away-$90/class *This may vary depending on
number of riders showing
c. Cost of Semi- Finals and Nationals - TBD after qualifying period. Plan on paying
more per class due to lodging and coaches expenses.
d. Team fee of $125 made out to Willowbrooke Farm due. Please write "EA team
fee" in the memo line of your check.
e. Due to a new IEA system all payments for shows MUST BE
RECEIVED 4 WEEKS before the show date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If payment is not received
2 weeks before the show, your rider will be. scratched from the show.
